Fun on the 4th

After spending a LONG, boring day inside due to a LOT of rain, our evening turned around when our friends, the Carson family, came over for a cookout and fireworks. The food was great! And we all had a lot of fun! The rain even slowed just in time for us to do fireworks on the driveway. Most of our neighbors put on quite the show- with professional-quality fireworks. They started about 8:30 and haven't ended yet (10:45 as I type this). What a show! The kids have already decided we need to do this again next year. :)
