Tonight, during Makena's tball game, Makena turned to Eric while she was playing 2nd base and told him she thought she'd lost her tooth (It had been loose for several weeks but we had no idea it was loose enough to fall out!). He looked down and sure enough, her tooth was gone. She thinks it fell out while she was in the dugout but the tooth was nowhere to be found. Since this is her 1st tooth to fall out, she had no idea how it would feel when it came out. It didn't bleed and evidently didn't hurt. It just left behind a big hole.

This is the note she left for the tooth fairy, so she would still get her $$. She was very worried about this. Also, she left the note and the tooth box downstairs, as she didn't want the tooth fairy coming into her room in the middle of the night. Gotta love that!
Congratulations Makena! This is only the 1st of many more milestones to come!
Grandma is very happy for Makena! The note for the tooth fairy is absolutely precious!!!....one for the scrapbook! Gotta love the innocence of children!
