After leaving the flight museum on Thursday, we went to the Dallas World Aquarium. The kids loved the many stories of rain forest and then the many different sections of aquariums. They saw some animals like an octopus, sharks and devil rays for the first time. It was so much fun and yet they learned a lot about fish from around the world.
After the aquarium, we headed back to the hotel so Landon could nap and Makena & I tried out the hotel pool. When we got back, both boys were sleeping so we joined them. We all took a very long nap- all the way until dinner time! That night, we had dinner at Champps- it's a sports bar in a fun part of town. Then we went to Valley View Mall to pick up some new tennis shoes for the kids. What a packed and fun first day in Dallas!!
