Now that our new Manhattan HyVee has opened... so has the possibility of her learning to cook! I don't cook anything complicated and most of Eric's expertise lies in grilling/smoking, so this is her big opportunity to learn all about the kitchen! She has now had 2 cooking classes. The first, I forgot to take my camera but they made fruit mash-up, sandwich roll-ups and cookies. This time, they made pancakes, fresh-squeezed orange juice and fruit parfaits. She has a great time with the instructors and has been lucky to have her friend Chloe there with her. We're looking forward to future classes!
