Royals Game

It was hard to believe our summer was going to end without at least one trip to KC for a Royals game.... UNTIL.... One of Eric's suppliers called last week (from Stanley Tools) to offer us 4 tickets to todays game, complete with a parking pass! We were 9 rows behind home plate in padded seats. We were in the "Diamond Club" with servers catering to our every need, clean bathrooms only steps away, and a very up-close and personal view of the game. And to top it off- the Royals actually won!!! The game went pretty fast, and the kids finally were able to sit through the entire thing. As a reward, we took them onto the field afterwards to run the bases.... and that was so very exciting for them (and us!). What a day! It's one we won't soon forget!!!
