Christmas Countdown

I saw this idea at a local craft fair recently and decided to re-create it on my own. They used a 24-day countdown instead of just 12 days, but this is what we had on hand. It's a 12-cup muffin tin and we put treats in each cup. We attached magnets to construction paper squares and painted the numbers on each one. The kids liked using my "fancy" scissors to make fun borders.  In just a couple days, we can begin using this countdown to Christmas!
