Makena's last basketball game of the season was last Saturday. Her team, the STORM, had an incredible season. Although they don't keep score, we figure they did have a winning record. They played 6 games, and I think they only lost 2. It may have been 3-3, but that's still great.... especially since their team was made up mostly of 1st graders, who'd never played before. We can't wait until next year rolls around and we can enjoy this all over again! Way to go STORM!
***Oh I forgot to mention that Briauhna and her mom Lindsay joined us for this final game. It was so wonderful seeing them again! Landon wasn't with us- he was at a friend's house for a playdate. He was upset that he missed her, but Makena got lots of loving from her pseudo little sister. We hope we get to see them again very soon!
