Kindergarten Winter Party

Landon's class had their winter party today. I was a bit late, since I had just gotten Eric home from knee surgery (more about that in the next post), but got to be there for the tail end. The kids rotated through 4 stations: Pin the Nose on Frosty, Decorating a Snowflake Ornament, Decorating their own Gingerbread House and eating a reindeer cupcake (along with fun shaped jello and chocolate-covered peanut butter cookies). What a fun party it was! Landon was so very happy that it was finally party time, but sad that he wouldn't be back to school for the next couple of weeks. His teacher will be out until April so this was our last opportunity to see her before then. Luckily his student teacher will be the long-term sub, so he will be well taken care of.
