She did it!!!

Really... it was my own fault. If I'd just taken her to get it done when she was a baby, we never would have had to wait so long... But, I was afraid of hurting my own daughter. :) NOW- the wait is over! Makena agreed, after years of me begging her to do it... to get her ears pierced!!! I'm SO proud of her! She's going to be 8 in a month, and I know she'll be so glad to have done this so young, and have a whole lifetime of wearing fun, pretty jewelry. She only cried for a minute and LOVES looking at herself in the mirror. What a great day it has been!
