In a little over a month, this will be our new house! 3408 Woodduck Way! The inspection went well today. The owners are replacing the roof before we close on the house- and that's the only big thing the inspector saw issue with. There's one other leak but the owners had planned to take care of it before closing as well. I have posted an album of pics on Facebook. Now I'm excited to get in there and put our mark on the place and get some things updated. Along with the pictures, I noted what we plan to do to each room. Can't wait to move!
